MONTHLY MEETING: Legislative Action

The November membership meeting will be hosted by the Legislative Action Committee and will focus on the importance of advocacy and the work of the legislative action committee. Perfect timing as we get closer to the 2024 Missouri legislative session! We are excited to have Sharon Geuea Jones of the Jones Advocacy Group as our guest speaker. Sharon uses her two decades of nonprofit association experience to advocate for individual rights, government transparency, and corporate accountability. Sharon founded the Jones Advocacy Group in 2019, and her team combines non-profit legal support, lobbying, communications, and membership management skills to their clients. Many of you may know Sharon from the MOVPC Monday morning zoom meetings.
