Speaker: Dr. Robynn Kuhlmann, Professor of Political Science at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg. Dr. Kuhlmann earned her B. A. in political science from the University of San Francisco, her Masters of Arts from California State University, and her Ph.D. from the University of New Orleans. Her fields of study are American political institutions and political behavior, and her fields of expertise are state politics, political parties, and elections. She is currently exploring the dynamics of primary elections on midterm turnout rates for seats in the Missouri General Assembly, and how state level institutions affect political behavior.
